Unlike standard flat plates, these offer an ergonomic compound curvature that contours to the torso for maximum mobility, reduced bounce, and minimized chafing during rigorous exercise. Beyond vest integration, they include integrated grab handles and lashing points, making them effective tools for stand-alone exercises like farmer's carries or plate presses. These plates are designed exclusively for fitness use and are compatible with 5.11® TacTec™ carriers.
