This unique construction allows the plates to flex with your body's movement, providing stability and reducing impact during dynamic training. Each set includes two 5.75 lb plates, adding a total of 11.5 lb to your setup. They are fully compatible with 5.11® weight vests, securing easily via internal straps and closure flaps.
