With interstate/international travel being a necessity for a few staff here at TacSource, we decided to reach out to our mates at The Movement Plan to come up with a 4 Day Interstate Travel Workout Plan our staff could manage in less than 20 mins per day.
With today's fast paced environment, the hassle of finding a gym at every location and spending an hour plus there simply wasn't convenient however, some form of exercise is a necessity especially after hours in a plane. Nothing recharges and resets the body clock like a workout!

Generally these workouts can be done in a hotel room (except for 100+ meter runs) however, we always recommend training at a park as nothing beats the outdoors!
