A Jacket You Can Wear Anywhere! The Pentagon Artaxes Jacket...

I've heard it too many times - "you have too many jacket" (mainly from my wife). My attempts to explain to her the reasoning behind the amount of jackets I own always falls on deaf ears. There is a jacket for each occasion - when I'm outdoors, going to a sporting event, out with the kids, walking to training, going to the range etc. The other day however, I received the following response - "...why don't you have one jacket for all those activities", which made me think...why don't I?

After reading numerous catalogues and brochures I came across one which looked like it would be a winner...and it was! The Pentagon Artaxes Softshell Jacket!

The Pentagon Artaxes Jacket features a softshell outer with an grid tech (which feels amazing) fleece inner and wedged in between those layers is a Storm-Tex laminated membrane (waterproof to 8000mm, breathable to 3000mm). According to Pentagon the membrane helps body moisture exit freely while warmth is trapped by channels in the fleece lining. It certainly lives up to these claims. We would say it is more water resistant than waterproof.

Some features worth pointing out are - roll away hood for a neater look, the back is cut slightly lower so it doesn't ride up easily during activities, the hem can be adjusted for a slimmer fit if desired and the arms can be adjusted via rubber velcro tabs. All these features make it great for setting up the jacket for any activity. The arm pit vents, via zippers, are also a great addition for those warmer months.

The Pentagon Artaxes jacket features plenty of pockets including two chest pockets, one pocket at the wrist are of the left arm which is great for smaller items such as keys and coins, pockets at the top of each sleeve, again which are great for phones, wallets etc, and there is even another large pocket at the rear of the Pentagon Artaxes Jacket which I have heard is great for cycling or storing a map while hiking (user feedback).
